INDULGE your inner Mickey Mouse as a Hampshire performance company holds auditions for its new show at Disneyland Paris.

Wannabe performers are being encouraged to attend an open day hosted by The Bodyrox Production Company, which has a number of exciting shows coming up in the next year including the Disney gig, a gala variety show, the Magic of Christmas production and Christmas lights switch on, plus a variety of fundraisers, community performances and events.

If you enjoy singing, dancing and performing, or are planning a career in the arts, go along to Lockswood Community Centre in Locks Heath on Sunday, June 29 between 12pm and 2pm.

All enthusiastic eight to 40- year-olds are welcome.

Kirsten Skinner, choreographer and founder of Bodyrox, said: “We are delighted to be able to open the door to new cast members for the performances we have lined up for this year.

“It’s a great opportunity for young people to come along and see what we do. It will give them an insight into being part of a fun production cast by watching the cast rehearse dance sequences and harmony numbers. There is no booking necessary, it will be a fun and relaxed atmosphere, you can just watch or get involved if you want to.”

Cast members are expected to perform some of their most memorable numbers, including tracks from musical favourites The Lion King, Hairspray and 9 to 5, plus the Lady Gaga hit Bad Romance, pictured.
