HIT West End show Jersey Boys will enjoy a two week run at The Mayflower Theatre next summer, the Daily Echo can reveal.
Telling the remarkable true story of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons and their rise to stardom from the wrong side of the tracks, the show will run from August 4-15, 2015.
It is packed with their hits including December, 1963 (Oh What a Night), Big Girls Don’t Cry, Can’t Take My Eyes Off You and Working My Way Back to You.
West End star Tim Driesen, who has previously played Joey Primo in Rock of Ages and created the role of Adrian Banks, the character based on Mark Owen in Never Forget, will head the cast as Frankie Valli, a role he has previously performed in London and Holland.
Jersey Boys, winner of 55 major awards worldwide, has now been seen by over 19 million people worldwide and is firmly established as one of the West End’s longest-running and most popular shows, where it continues to play at its new home of the Piccadilly Theatre.
Tickets go on general sale on Friday, June 27.
