ONE OF the biggest bands in the country is once again coming to the south this weekend.

Jools Holland’s Rhythm and Blues Orchestra will be bringing the greatest boogie-woogie party to Bournemouth with his annual winter tour on Sunday, December 14.

New Milton-born singer-songwriter Rumer and British icon and Soft Cell singer Marc Almond will be joining Jools for the gig at 7.30pm at the Windsor Hall in the Bournemouth International Centre.

With the vocal power of Ruby Turner, the soul tones of Louise Marshall, and the tireless drums of original Squeeze member Gilson Lavis, along with the inimitable musicianship of the orchestra, Jools will perform tracks spanning his entire solo career along with songs from his new album.
