TWO of Shakespeare’s best-loved plays will be screened in Hampshire this autumn.
The Royal Shakespeare Company bring Othello and Henry V to The Point beamed over from Stratford-upon-Avon.
Othello is a classic tale of jealousy and manipulation that sees the proud title character’s marriage to the woman he loves comes under threat by a shadowy plot by men he considers to be close friends.
And it is followed by Henry V which will mark the 600th anniversary of the battle of Agincourt, following the exploits of the young king as he leaves his rebellious youth behind to lead his people in battle against the French.
The screening of Othello takes place on Thursday, September 17, at 7pm with tickets £12 for adults and £10 for concessions.
Henry V is screened on Wednesday, October 21, also at 7pm with tickets the same prices as Othello.
