CELEBRATED children's theatre company Blunderbus bring festive family treats to two New Forest venues on one day next month.

Forest Arts in New Milton will host two showings of Santa's Little Helper, while Lily and the Little Bear will enjoy three outings at Hanger Farm in Totton, both on Wednesday December 21.

Albert Tuttle is nearly 7 years old, - Far too old to believe in Santa! Or so he thinks in Santa's Little Helper.

How does a big fat man wearing bright red pyjamas fit down the chimney, anyway?

But Albert is in for a big surprise. For as he sleeps on Christmas Eve, a big fat man wearing bright red pyjamas tumbles down his chimney like a roly poly pudding.

It’s Santa,- and he’s come for Albert’s help.

Lily, star of Lily and the Little Snow Bear, lives with Grandpa in a pretty little cottage somewhere in the countryside. There are just two more sleeps until Christmas and it’s snowing already! Lily loves snow! So, she pops on her coat and sets off to explore. But when she discovers a trail of soft little footprints, she’s in for a very big surprise! For at the bottom of the garden, she finds a lost little snow bear...

Ever since 1998, the magical minds at Blunderbus have been creating enchanting theatrical experiences for children and their grown-ups, providing lifelong memories for over 200,000 children each year.

The company tour to theatres, festivals and outdoor venues across the UK, but their work also receives critical acclaim internationally. Favourite shows include The Owl who was Afraid of the Dark, How to Catch a Star and Giraffes Can’t Dance.
