TWO - Jim Cartwright's popular comedy-drama appears in the Green Room Studio at the Plaza Theatre, Romsey next week and promises to provide audiences with a memorable night at the pumps!
The show, presented by RAODS, takes place over the course of a single evening in a typical Northern pub during the 1980s. The Landlord and Landlady banter and bicker away - as they have done for many years. It's the kind of pub where everybody knows your name, even if you wish they didn't!
As the evening progresses, we meet twelve other diverse characters, all played by just the two actors - Beverley Siddle and Neil Gwynne- as various locals pull up a stool and tell us about their lives. "Two" waltzes the audience through a spectrum of human emotions, with intimate insights into the lives of these colourful pub regulars.
It runs from Monday November 28- Saturday December 3.
