Later in the week, Gomito Theatre and Polka Theatre present Chester Tuffnut. A stunning family co-production from the connoisseurs of younger-years theatre, children will relish in the fantastical new touring show, which visits Hedge End on Friday February 24.

Gomito have discovered a brand new type of creature: the Treemole. Chester Tuffnut happens to be one! A very mischievous one, Chester isn’t your ordinary Treemole – in fact he is one of a kind! He likes wearing jumpers and sitting in his armchair, but most of all he loves adventure. The curious creatures in Woodland have gone so long without excitement, they’ve forgotten how to have fun. Luckily, Chester is on hand to bring happiness and laughter back to his new friends.
