OLIVIER Award nominated Eric & Little Ern will join the big name cast of Wessex Heartbeat’s 25th Anniversary Variety Show.
Wessex Heartbeat began fundraising for the Wessex Cardiac Unit at Southampton Hospital in 1992, and has since raised £15.8 million to provide crucial improvements, cutting-edge equipment, clinical education and research.
Its 25th Anniversary Variety Show will take place at the Mayflower Theatre on Sunday April 30. During the show, Jonty Stephens and Ian Ashpitel will pay homage to Britain’s best loved comedy duo. Also appearing will be West End favourite Ruthie Henshall and Jon Clegg from Britain’s Got Talent, plus local choir E Minor and classical singers The Five.
The Variety Show is sponsored by long-term Wessex Heartbeat supporter Carnival UK and will raise money for Wessex Heartbeat’s cardiac projects in 2017.
