OFTEN brutally honest, frequently controversial but always meticulously measured.

That’s Reginald D Hunter, the wellknown face of prime time television shows like Live At The Apollo, QI and Have I Got News For You.

A regular performer at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe since 2002, Reginald’s career has led to him being invited to perform in venues the world over in places such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand and South Africa.

He appears at Southampton Guildhall tomorrow night.

n Russell Kane visits the Ashcroft on Thursday 23 with his latest show Manscaping, which explores what Kane refers to as the ‘ridiculous state of masculinity’.

He describes the peculiar juxtaposition between men being encouraged to be more sensitive and what they are being told in magazines such as NUTS.

n FOUR more top acts from the comedy circuit head to Winchester Discovery Centre tonight for Barnstormers Comedy.

Laid back stand up Kevin Precious tops the bill, alongside the unflappable John Mann, Liam Mullone, one of the writers behind Russell Howard’s Good News, and upbeat and well-honed funnyman Danny Ward.
