Will Young will star in Cabaret at The Mayflower
CELEBRATED singer songwriter Will Young will make his musical theatre debut in Cabaret at The Mayflower later this year.
Rufus Norris’ hotly anticipated re-imagining of his double Olivier-award winning production will open in Southampton on September 3 for a week as part of an exclusive four week tour prior to a West End run.
Since winning the inaugural series of Pop Idol in 2002, he has been one of the UK’s most popular and successful music artists, selling over 9 million albums.
Will holds the record for the fastest selling debut single in British chart history, and has enjoyed a phenomenal career in music, as well as acting alongside Dame Judi Dench in the film Mrs Henderson Presents and making his professional theatre debut in Noel Coward’s The Vortex.
