THIS visit by the Netherlands Circus carried great expectations following its success with previous shows and with numerous award winning artists performing from around the globe.

The show introduced by Yasmine Smart, kicks off with a little 'light' humour with Jonny Bogino, leading into a modest solo performances of Yosvanny Rodriguez on a bouncing rope followed by a beautiful combination of agility, strength and form from Caroline on the trapeze.

Daily Echo:

There is a great balance of athletics and magic performed by the mystifying illusionists, the Jidinis that undoubtedly will have you asking: how did they do that?

The show promises variety and it delivers a nice cocktail of acts from the engaging mix of comedy and stunts from fireman Alex to Tatiana performance on the long ribbons.

An unusual theme with Team Fonz on the trampolines that anyone in the post 90's generation is least likely to relate with, though their moves on the trampoline, the mixed gymnastics and the human juggling were impressive.

The efforts and endurance of the last remaining act from the Ethio brothers were maybe too subtle and lead to the show's disappointing climax.

The stooge styled Rampin Clowns were a slapstick cliché with plenty of water being spilt but it certainly kept all the children entertained.

The show itself has undeniable character.

A rich mix of performance, costume and theme gives a unique sense of individuality that other circus acts don’t have.

Daily Echo:

Well worth a visit if you want to see something different.
