Hello, my name is a Stu Ward and I am one of your local Police Community Support Officers for the St. Mary's area of Southampton. I have been working in St Mary's since I joined the police in 2011. I have enjoyed working in the area during this time due to the nature of policing in the area. I enjoy working with partner agencies on projects to help solve community issues, as well as dealing one-to-one with members of the public who have been affected by crime. You will find me regularly actively patrolling in St Mary's, if you see me about I'm always happy to speak with anyone that needs advice or help.

She has always lived within Southampton so has vast knowledge of the area and it's many beats. Originally posted to the Polygon area, Fiona has recently expanded her patrol depths to include the Waterfront which is now her primary beat area. She has a keen eye for deterring cyclists on pavements, speeding, beggars and vagrants alike that cause a nuisance to the beat residents. She is very attentive and will listen and deal with things robustly and in a timely manner. Fiona is exceptional at engaging with her local community, especially children and the elderly, so much so, that her previous beat still claim to miss her! She is extremely hard working and approachable and is a credit to the team.
