Delays for motorists after two vehicles break down on major road
DRIVERS face delays on one of Hampshire's busiest roads this morning - just a day after major hold ups on the same stretch.
One lane is blocked on the A31 eastbound between Nouale Lane and the Linford turn off due to a broken down vehicle.
There is congestion to the A338 Salisbury Road and the B3347 Mansfield Road.
Lane one of two is blocked.
A broken down lorry is also blocking the inside lane on the westbound carriageway at Castle Malwood.
Both broken down vehicles have been cleared but delays remain on the route.
It comes a day after two crashes caused major delays on the same stretch of road.
The accidents happened within a mile of each other on either side of the A31 across the New Forest.
