A JURY in the trial of a Hampshire antique collector accused of fraud was due to retire to consider its verdict today after Judge Peter Henry concludes summing up at Southampton Crown Court.
Allan Formhals, 66, of Keyhaven Road, Milford-on-Sea denies 15 counts relating to fraud and selling books with forged autographs of well-known figures including Sir Winston Churchill and Robert Louis Stevenson.
