Police are appealing for information about a missing man.

Officers have increasing concerns for the welfare of Sam Perkis, 25, who was last seen on Sunday.

Sam’s family have told police his disappearance is out-of-character, Police are in contact with family, friends and work colleagues while pursuing several lines of enquiry.

It is believed Sam, of Pell Lane, Ryde, Isle of Wight. is still on the island.

He is described as white, six foot tall, with dark hair and hazel coloured eyes.

When last seen he was wearing a purple polo top, a blue jacket, black jeans and black trainers.

Sam is known to drive a British racing green coloured Rover 214.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to phone police on 101.
