A WINCHESTER woman has admitted stealing money from three charity collection boxes.

Kayleigh Rolfe, 27, of Trussell Crescent, Weeke, pleaded guilty to three charges: stealing £10 from the Great Hall on November 6 and thefts from Winchester Discovery Centre on November 6 and October 26.

Magistrates at Basingstoke imposed a community order that she be electronically tagged between November 7 and December 6 with a curfew between 9pm and 7am on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Neil Munkley, 30, also of Trussell Crescent, Weeke, was jointly charged with Rolfe for two alleged thefts at Winchester Discovery Centre and The Great Hall.

He denied the allegations and was remanded in custody until a further hearing on November 16.
