A WITNESS appeal is underway today after a Hampshire biker was left with serious injuries in a collision with a parked car.

The 20-year-old, from Southampton, was travelling along Old Turnpike in Fareham when the crash took place.

He sustained a serious but not life-threatening injury to his leg and was taken by ambulance to the Queen Alexandra Hospital in Cosham.

Police have launched an appeal for information about the incident, which happened at 5pm on Saturday.
