POLICE leading a crackdown against drugrelated violence in Southampton have made further searches after residents came forward with vital information.

Three more homes were raided in the aftermath of a series of raids across the city, which itself saw eight people arrested in connection with the supply of class A drugs.

Those arrested were a 44- year-old woman, a 49-yearold man and woman aged 48 on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs.

They have been bailed until January 16.

A man aged 30 was arrested on suspicion of possessing cocaine with intent to supply and money laundering and was bailed until January 23.

On the same day, two men aged 47 and 33 will also answer bail for possession of cocaine with intent to supply, while a man aged 29 and a woman aged 27 will also surrender to a police station on the same allegations as well as money laundering.
