A WOMAN has been given a caution for stealing three Poppy Appeal boxes in Romsey in three days.
The 22-year-old, from Romsey, was arrested and admitted the three thefts from Romsey Hospital on November 6, Alma Road Surgery on November 7 and Romsey Library on November 8.
The collection boxes collect money destined to help servicemen as part of the Royal British Legion’s annual Poppy Appeal in the run up to Remembrance Day.
