Would a similar level of sympathy been observed had the offender been a man?

Hell i thought it was a man !!!!

But he accepted she would be vulnerable in prison.?

I'm not saying anything else other than the on this occasion the Judge got it wrong, having said that if she fails to do her unpaid work he will jail in her, I have no doubt about it.

All nonces regardless of age health or anything should be jailed end of

I wish she had been sent to prison and badly beaten by inmates who would rightfully regard her with disgust, and help her to understand what it is like to be abused instead of continuing to deny what she did.

I just recollect cases where neighbourhoods have found out who & where such a person lives & tried to do such a thing.

Fit enough to inflict cruelty on a defenceless four year old, but not fit enough to be sent to prison.

In this instance, the punishment certainly did not fit the crime, and if there is an appeal procedure, I hope that the victim proceeds with it.
