POLICE are appealing for information after champagne and “very old” whisky was stolen in Hampshire.
The thieves targeted a house in Portmore, Lymington and cut through a neighbour’s deer-proof fence to reach the property.
They made off with whisky and 24 bottles of Boizel champagne from the victim’s garage.
Police want to hear from anyone who saw or heard suspicious activity in the area on the night of November 21, when the theft took place.
