Two arrested over racist comments
TWO Winchester teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of racially aggravated harassment.
Police have appealed for the victims of an incident in Winchester city centre to come forward.
A man witnessed two males make racist comments when a black woman walked by. They were standing on steps in the alleyway between Tower Street and Staple Gardens.
The witness then saw the offenders verbally abuse a white man at 8.15am on Thursday, December 6.
The two men were released on police bail.

Anyone can use the N-word ironically amongst friends , it does not matter if you are white, green or pink.
But its not acceptable ( indeed often a criminal offence ) to use racist terms in a discriminatory or abusive way.
Its not a hard concept to understand.
Regards this story, if the victim corroborates the witnesses story then iits not one-word-against-ano
ther, its two words against the accused which will be enough to prosecute.
Regards the society of black lawyers, thats a lie, they are not allowed to reject anyone's application on their colour, thats illegal.

The only reason some brits may think its not the case is because they are not foreign/coloured themselves and are simply not racist. Inflitrate any pub and make people feel its safe to talk openly steer the conversation in that direction and you will hear it all. imperial superiority complex is still apparent. Better still go to a school and you hear the things children say, they most definitly do not lear that from tv.
Its not just UK that's the nature of humanity. Every nation is racist towards outsiders inherently, its the way it works with "us" and "them" tribal mentality, as long as you have countires and boundries it will continue.
Granted some countries are better then others, living a comfortable lie is better then facing an uncomfortable truth in most cases.
I think the two gentlemen in question were just being abusive to anyone. They have abused a black woman and a white man. Dont think they realy cared about colour as long as they can verbaly abuse!!
