DEVELOPER Persimmon Homes has put in a new planning application for its Malvern Vale estate Outline approval for Phase Six of the development, which includes 26 homes and three retail units was given in 2006, and the latest application covers reserved matters not dealt with in the original application, such as the detailed designs of the buildings and the landscaping.
