A SOUTHAMPTON man has been banned for drink-driving in a car he had taken without consent.

Michal Fidler, 25, of Trafalgar Road, Freemantle, was stopped in an X-reg Kia by police on the M3 on November 26, Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court heard.

His alcohol reading was 77mg per 100ml of breath, more than double the legal limit.
