Conservatory plan

SOUTHAMPTON City Council has received a planning application to demolish the existing conservatory on the ground floor flat at 224 Broadlands Road, and replace it with a single-storey extension.

I suppose it might be 'news' if the application was for a conservatory on a third floor flat in a tower block.
