A WOMAN was taken to hospital after being attacked as she walked her dog.
The 38-year-old was near the junction of Townhill Way and Lambourne Road in Southampton when her pet ran towards two men.

She is currently being treated at Southampton General Hospital.
The incident happened between 3am and 3.30am yesterday.
PC Toru Tsuzaki, from Eastleigh CID, said: “Our investigations are still in the early stages and we are conducting a range of enquiries to establish the exact circumstances of what has happened.
“The woman was out walking her dog when it appears she has been assaulted following an altercation with two men.
