City road closed after car crash City road closed after car crash

A SOUTHAMPTON road has been closed as firefighters attempt to cut free a driver after a car crash.

A Ford Focus and Chrysler Grand Voyager were involved in a shunt on Thornbury Road this evening and fire crews are currently on the scene to safely remove one of the drivers complaining of neck pain.

Police have blocked off Thornbury Road and Howard Road while this happens.

It is not thought that anyone involved has sustained any serious injuries.

Have you been injured in an accident? Let me help you claim what is rightfully yours. Com-pen-say-shun! Call 0800....
Seriously, I hope no-one has been badly injured, but immediately someone complains of neck pain you can almost hear the tills ringing.

Thats probably because when you get pushed, shunted or knocked forwards from behind, your neck snaps quickly because it sits in top of your abdomen, if we had no necks it wouldn't happen.
Very simple science if you do some homework :)
But kind of agree with the whole compensation thing, country gone mad on sueing someone for literally anything. If it was a bad smash I hope the people involved are ok, and if they aren't then who am I to say they shouldn't file for a claim if it's genuine neck pains. What would anyone do given the same situation.. All, have a good think now..
