A man exposed himself to a woman before pushing her against a wall in Hampshire.

The incident happened as the victim walked under a railway bridge.

As the 44-year-old walked under the bridge on the narrow pathway, the man exposed himself, pushed her against the wall and pushed himself against her.

The incicent happened shortly before midday on January 24, a in Chapel Hill in Basingstoke near to the railway bridge.

 The woman shouted at him and he let her go and left the scene.

The man is described as Asian, about 6ft 2ins, of a slim build, had a bent nose with a scar and short dark hair. He was wearing a green jacket and dark coloured jeans.

PC Tom Prutz said: "I would like to hear from anyone who was walking in the area at the time and may have noticed this man acting suspiciously.

"I would also like to hear from anyone who thinks they may know who he is from the description given."

Officers will be patrolling in the area today, so anyone with any concerns is advised to speak to an officer or call 101.
