A HAMPSHIRE MP has launched work to transform Fareham Business Park.

Caroline Dinenage, MP for Gosport, marked the beginning of demolition work at the site.

It was originally the home of US global healthcare company CBRE, which sold the 11.3 acre site to Oceanic Estates in April. Oceanic Estates plans to market the available space, offering the choice of fully refurbished units from 10,000 sq ft up to 120,000 sq ft.

Alternatively, it could build a new bespoke facility to suit an occupier’s particular specification.

Harry Hutchinson, director at Oceanic Estates said it was already in detailed discussions with a number of interested parties.

Ms Dinenage said: “I am proud to support projects such as this.”
