AN 83-YEAR-OLD man was the victim of a distraction burglary.
A man knocked on his door of his home, in Fareham, asking for gardening work.
The offer was refused, but later the pensioner realised £20 was missing from his wallet.
The caller is described as a white man, 5ft 5in to 5ft 8in, with short, dark hair.
