A WHEELCHAIR user was treated in hospital for serious injuries after a van ran over his foot.
The 54-year-old was waiting on the pavement to cross St James Lane in Winchester at the junction with Romsey Road next to the Royal Hampshire County Hospital.
It happened at 4.10pm on Wednesday, January 23. The white van had a ‘Hampshire NHS’ sign on the rear.
