Disqualified driver caught behind the wheel on the M3
Southamptom man Andrew Clack was caught driving on the M3 whilst disqualified.
Officers stopped his Seat Ibiza near Winchester on December 23, Basingstoke Magistrates Court heard.
Clack, 27, of Chettle Road, Thornhill, was further disqualified from driving for eight months, ordered to do 100 hours unpaid work and to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £30.

Was he not charged with driving whilst uninsured ? he clearly has no regard for the law so i see further bans as a waste of time. Anybody caught driving whilst uninsured should have their car seized and destroyed/sold with any profit going back into road policing no ands if or buts and that should be standard policy.

Another little slap on the wrist, when punishment becomes the norm we will all be safer on the roads. I can'i ihink of anywhere more dangerouse than a motorway for someone who obviously has no regard for the law to be driving.
