COMMUTERS are facing big delays this morning after an accident on Hampshire's busiest motorway.

The outer lane of the M27 Eastbound at Rownhams Services is closed after the incident at Rownhams Services at about 7.40am.

This has caused tailbacks to the junction 3 of the M271.

The delays are more likely caused by people slowing down to have a good old look.
