MOTORISTS are facing major delays after two lorries crashed as they headed onto a Hampshire motorway this morning.
A brown tipper truck and an articulated lorry collided on the top of the slip road heading eastbound, having come from the M271 roundabout, just before 11am.
Approximately five litres of oil from the tipper truck has already spilled out onto the roundabout and emergency services are currently on scene covering the road surface with sand to soak it up.
Traffic queues on the M271 snake all the way back to the Redbridge roundabout and there are building queues on the motorway slip roads.
At this stage it is not thought that anyone suffered any injuries.
