Festive burglar facing prison
A SOUTHAMPTON man has admitted carrying out a Christmas burglary that netted £200 in cash, a flatscreen television and a brooch among other things from a house in Darwin Road, Shirley.
Lance Egan, 23, of Milton Road, Polygon, also pleaded guilty at Winchester Crown Court to taking and driving away a BMW at the same time.
He was further remanded in custody for sentence on March 20 with a warning from Judge Andrew Barnett that he faced a potential prison sentence.
