Naked Rambler Stephen Gough remanded in custody

THE NAKED Rambler has been kept in custody following his arrest outside a court in Southampton.
Stephen Gough, was been remanded after he breached an ASBO which was placed on him yesterday ordering him to cover up.
He was told he will be in custdo y tunil his next court hearing on March 25, where he will hear more about 16 previous offences.
The 54-year-old appeared naked at Southampton Magistrates Court. The court heard how Gough had walked out of the court naked yesterday, just minutes after he was given an ASBO preventing him from being naked in public.
Prosecutor Charles Nightingale said: "He was aware of the prevention and he walked out of the court clothed only in his boots and socks and rucksack. It was a culpable, calculated and intentional breach [of the order].
Gough pleaded not guilty to the charge.
