POLICE are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of a vulnerable Southampton man who has not been seen since Sunday morning.

Thirty-two year old Wayne Noke was last seen by his family at 11.30am on Sunday at Rothschild Close in Weston.

Wayne is described as 6ft 2 ins and of medium build. He has ginger facial hair and was last seen wearing brown or beige cut off trousers, a grey t-shirt and blue trainers.

Inspector Mark Carter of Hampshire Police said Wayne has never gone missing before.

“He may be confused or lost. We are currently searching in Western and surrounding areas with the support of the dog unit and the helicopter.

“I would urge anyone who thinks they may have seen Wayne to contact the police immediately so we can ensure he returns home safely.”

Anyone with any information should contact Hampshire Constabulary by calling 101.

Where's his photo? Every other news outlet has it. Hants police have it on their site. Poor editing, as usual.
