Police are continuing to investigate a number of burglaries in part of Hampshire.

Someone forced their way into an address in House Farm Road in Gosport by smashing a rear window.

There was a search of the property, and it is believed that two wedding rings and a neckalce were stolen.

The raid took place between 7am and 4pm on March 6.

One the same day A house in Barnes Close in Sarisbury Green was entered between 6.40am and 7.45pm.

Nothing was reported stolen.

The day before a rear window was forced open at an address in Jellicoe Avenue in Gosport.

It is unclear if anything has been stolen at this stage.

Investigating officer PC Shona Rust said: “Were you in these areas last week, and did you see anyone acting suspiciously? Do you have knowledge of any stolen property? If so, please make contact with the Priority Crime Team at Gosport Police Station.”
