Call for more marine apprentices
MARINE industry apprentices are wanted for a recruitment drive hosted by City College Southampton.
The college, in St Mary Street, Southampton, is holding the event on March 20 following National Apprenticeship Week.
Marine South East and the Cornwall Marine Network will join together to help businesses take on apprentices through a scheme called Skills Active.
It will be held at City College’s The Hub and experts will provide advice on how an apprentice can help a firm.
