Does being able to write or speak in the queens english make you intelligent? I am an electrician and am unemployed, every job I go for there are over 70 applicants..explain that..whenever a new supermarket opens there are roughly over 2000 applicants for around 200 jobs...explain that..should i retrain? after learning a trade and performing it for 20 years..what should i do then..which courses are available and how do you suggest you get funding for these as i have tried every avenue to get funding for courses...enlighten me please i am obviously doing something wrong... either that or you are making uneducated unfounded guesses rather than finding out and stating fact.

Have you guys not heard of the "Human Rights act" ? this means that if Sam2013 contacted their lawyers the Daily echo who have to Divulge details (IP address etc.)of people who have made such nasty comments etc. etc. etc. Also, if one of their relatives happen to read your nasty comments and ended up taking their own life then you would be done for MURDER. Can I suggest once again you guys think of a constructive way of trying to help our community.
Remember what goes around comes around slowly but surely... Cyber Bullying is a criminal offence... I rest my case.

No. The Echo would only have to pass over ISP details if the police (not lawyers) ordered them too. For this to happen, someone would have had to have committed some sort of crime with their comments, or that their comments could provide evidence for. "Being mean about someone" is not a crime.
