WINCHESTER man Neil Munkley has been fined for shoplifting from Marks & Spencer.
Basingstoke magistrates heard Munkley, 31, of Trussell Crescent, Weeke, was caught with goods valued at £118.88. He admitted theft.
He was fined £70 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £10 costs.
