Man fined for possessing drugs

A WINCHESTER man has been fined after admitting possessing heroin and cannabis.
Kevin Lambert, 27, of The Valley, Stanmore, was fined £70 by Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court and also told to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and prosecution costs of £35.
He also admitted failing to surrender to the court but there was no separate penalty.
