Business is booming at Fareham centre
AFTER opening just four months ago, a business centre in Fareham has already proven popular.
The Arena Business Centre in Segensworth has seen more than 80 businesses move in since the centre opened in November, taking them to 90 per cent occupancy.
Due to its popularity, Arena is planning to open a second centre in Fareham this summer, at which a number of offices have already been reserved.
It has become home to a wide range of firms, including insolvency practitioners, software developers, chiropractors and electricians.
The centre, which has good road links as it is close to the A27 and M27, offers companies the use of a business lounge, a cafe, wash rooms, a high speed Internet connection and telecoms, reception and facilities management services.
