TWO men have been stabbed in the county today.
Police are currently investigating a number of serious assaults that took place in Hereford and elsewhere in Herefordshire.
Two men sustained stab wounds and were taken to hospital. One of them who was assaulted in the Westfaling Street area of Hereford remains in serious condition at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham.
Several people have been arrested and are currently in custody. Police have said they believe that all suspects have been accounted for, but a large police presence will remain in the local area to reassure locals. Anyone with information are asked to call police on 101.
