THE POLIMERI EUROPA UK SENIOR EXECUTIVE OFFICERS
RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME NOTICE
UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE
TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Notice is hereby given that any Member, other beneficiary, creditor or anyone else having any claim against the Polimeri Europa UK Senior Executive Officers Retirement Benefits Scheme (the "Scheme") or anyone else claiming to be beneficially interested in the assets of the Scheme, is required to send written particulars of such claim or interest to the Trustees of the Scheme, c/o Mr Peter Wooldridge, Polimeri Europa UK Ltd, Cadland Road, Hardley, Hythe, Southampton, SO45 3YY on or before 19th July 2013. After that date the Trustees of the Scheme will proceed to wind up the Scheme having regard only to claims and interests of which they have had notice, and in respect of the assets distributed the Trustees will not be liable to any persons of whose claims they shall not have had notice.
