A nine-year-old girl who went missing while visiting Highgate Woods with her mother has been found safe and well.
Rosie James, of Hornsey, was in the woods with her mother when she went to meet another friend at 1.55pm yesterday.
When the two children did not meet up, concerns mounted and a police investigation was launched.
Rosie was found yesterday evening by a member of the public and will be reunited by police with her family.
