Tributes to driver who died in crash that left woman fighting for life

Tributes have today been paid to driver who died in a crash which also left a young woman fighting for her life.
Flowers and messages paying tribute to the 25-year-old have been left at the scene of the accident.
It happened when his old style red Mini car left the B2177 between Lower Upham and Colden Common and hit a tree.
The driver died at the scene but his 21-year-old woman passenger was cut from the wreckage and taken to Southampton General Hospital suffering from life threatening injuries.
Today mourners have left five bunches of flowers at the scene together with notes and a card.
One of the notes says: "Danny. RIP mate. You will be truly missed and never forgotten. Sleep tight."
Another says: "I will never forget you. RIP. Love you buddy."
Inspector Andy Proctor of Hampshire police appealed for witnesses to the crash.
He asked anyone who saw the red mini before the accident to contact Totton Road Police Unit on 101.
