Sally Stickland, 72, denies attempting to murder John Stickland at Langley in Hampshire
A WIFE has pleaded not guilty to attempting to murder her husband.
Sally Stickland, 72, appeared at Winchester Crown Court this morning and denied one count of attempted murder and one count of causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
She is accused of trying to kill John Stickland, 73, who was found with serious head injuries on a grass verge in West Common, Langley, by members of the public on May 18 this year.
Judge Guy Boney granted Stickland, of West Common, Langley, conditional bail.
Her trial, which is expected to last five days, will be scheduled at a later date.
