2:10pm Wednesday 11th September 2013 in News
A WINCHESTER firm has been chosen by the county’s police chief for a hefty cash injection.
Baseline Training is one of seven projects across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight singled out by Police and Crime Commissioner Simon Hayes.
So far £31,475 is to be distributed between the projects to help them in their efforts fighting crime.
The firm will receive £5,000 to supplement its Violent Offender Intervention Programme.
Set up in May this year, the Protecting People and Places fund aims to provide support of up to £5,000 for organisations who deliver projects in line with the commissioner’s policing plan.
