Pub assault case is adjourned

THE case of a man accused of attacking three men in a Winchester city centre pub has been adjourned.
James McGuire, 23, of Battery Hill, Stanmore, denies assaulting Jason Voller, Christopher Hopkins and Nicholas Simmons in the Pitcher and Piano on The Broadway on March 23.
Magistrates in Basingstoke adjourned the case until the trial on September 26.
McGuire was released on conditional bail including a ban on going to the Pitcher and Piano.
